Any personal information provided including your name and email address, is collected for the sole purpose of the EDUCATION INDABA and protected under the eBASE Internal review Board ethics, privacy, protection and consent act. Therefore Providing your personal information is voluntary. However, if you decide not to provide your personal information, you will not be eligible to present a poster or participate in an oral presentation at the conference.
Should you choose to provide your personal information, it will be used to notify you of the status of your application or ask for your feedback after the conference has taken place.
Should an abstract be selected for oral and or poster presentation, the authors represented by the presenting author, will grant INDABA the right to share the presentation slides or posters and subsequently use it for educational purpose.
Scheduling of Poster/E-poster sessions and abstract presentations is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee which shall be communicated to the corespondents.
Abstracts must adhere to the guidelines and terms above to be accepted. The Education Indaba 2025 Scientific Committee will unanimously make the final decision without factors of discrimination, race, gender and geographical location regarding the acceptance of an abstract.
The Scientific Committee will put in place all measures to safeguard, and limit the risk that sensitive personal information is subject to loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
