Cancellations:

30+ Days Before Event: Full refund minus a processing fee.

15-29 Days Before Event: 50% refund.

Less Than 15 Days Before Event: No refund.

Substitution Policy:

 If you cannot attend, a substitute may attend in your place with prior notice to the organizers. Please contact us at contact@educationindaba-ebase.org  at least 30 days before the event to arrange this.Event Cancellation by Organizers: If the event is cancelled by eBASE Africa, attendees will receive a full refund. eBASE Africa will not be responsible for other costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel or accommodation).

Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions that prevent the event from taking place, we will notify participants about rescheduling or refunds.
