Abstract submissions can be made through the Abstract Submission page. After creating an account, you’ll be able to fill out the submission form with details like the title, summary, keywords, and relevant documents. Be sure to follow the submission guidelines and submit before the deadline: 31st October 2024.
Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words and must include a clear title, a summary of the research or project, and keywords. The abstract should also follow the structure: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Submissions are accepted in English or French, and you can attach supporting images if necessary
Yes, you can edit your abstract up until the submission deadline. Log into your account, navigate to the “Edit Abstracts” tab, make the necessary changes, and save or resubmit your abstract.
All abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee based on their scientific merit, relevance to the conference themes, clarity, and potential for contributing to the educational discourse. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by 31st November 2024.
